Service Agreement

By hiring Morgan Rodriguez for any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Provided

Morgan Rodriguez provides handyman, repair, installation, and renovation services including but not limited to: appliance installation, bathroom upgrades, door and entry work, TV mounting, ceiling fans, smart locks, storm doors, drywall patching, grab bars, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and general handyman services.

Estimates & Quotes

All estimates are valid for 72 hours from the date issued
Estimates are based on labor only unless materials are explicitly included
Additional work requested during a job will be billed separately

Deposits & Payment

Jobs under $1,000: No deposit required
Jobs $1,000-$5,000: 1/3 deposit required to schedule
Jobs over $5,000: 50% deposit required to schedule
Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed

Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduled appointments have a 2-hour window
Cancellations require 24 hours notice
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee

Liability

Morgan Rodriguez is licensed and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

Warranty

All work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 30 days from completion. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or acts of nature.
