By providing your phone number to Morgan Rodriguez, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us regarding your inquiry, service updates, appointments, estimates, follow-ups, and related communications.
SMS Opt-In & Consent
How Customers Opt In
Customers provide consent to receive SMS messages through the following methods:
- Website Contact Form: Customers fill out the contact form at morganrodriguez.com/contact and check the SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default). The checkbox text reads: “I agree to receive text messages from Morgan Rodriguez at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- Phone Number Submission: Customers who provide their phone number via phone call, email, ProReferral (Home Depot), or in person consent to receive SMS communications related to their service inquiry, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- ProReferral / Home Depot Leads: When a customer submits a service request through Home Depot ProReferral and provides their phone number, they consent to receive SMS communications from Morgan Rodriguez regarding their requested service.

SMS Consent: I agree to receive text messages from Morgan Rodriguez at the phone number provided. I understand that message frequency varies and standard messaging rates may apply. I can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
The checkbox above is shown for illustration. On our contact form, this checkbox is unchecked by default — customers must actively check it to provide consent.
Types of Messages Sent
- Service-related: Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician arrival notifications, job status updates
- Estimates & Quotes: Estimate delivery notifications, quote follow-ups
- Follow-up: Post-job satisfaction checks, review requests, referral offers
- Nurture: Periodic “Quick Fix Alert” check-ins (bimonthly) to past customers
- Support: Responses to customer inquiries and questions
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service needs. Typical frequency:
- During active service: 1-5 messages per day
- Post-job follow-up: 1-2 messages
- Nurture campaigns: 1-2 messages per month
Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Replying UNSUBSCRIBE to any message
- Replying CANCEL to any message
- Replying END to any message

Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message stating you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent after that confirmation.
Opt-In Again After Opt-Out
If you have opted out and wish to resume receiving messages, you can:
- Reply START or UNSTOP to any previous message from us
- Contact us at info@morganrodriguez.com or 561-316-4440 to re-enable SMS communications
